Sorry but I hate it when I see people asking for advice here when they need to be in the car on the way to the vet. That looks like either prolapsed hemipene or rectum, you need to get medical attention.

:I just got this guy and he arrived in terrible shape. What can I do about this problem without harming him. I have never had this problem with any of my other males, so any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
