Oh noooo it cant climb glass!!

im very concerned for some reason it cant climb glass at all. I checked the little tiny feet but i cant see any loose sheds (or else i cant tell) Plz someone help me, i got a humid hide (2 of them) set up already with moss inside, do i need an understank heater to put under the hides??? help help help!
