My female crested is not very active. She stays at the bottom of her cage on the ground. They had been cooling for a while, not at very low temps, but are now being warmed with a 40 watt red heat bulb, so I know she is not too hot. I have never had any of my cresteds to act this way. If I take her out, she runs around and hops all over me. Could it be that she is possibly gravid or maybe it is the fact that she is housed with a male at the time? Any help would be appreciated.
