There technically shouldn't be any fluctuation in prices, mostly due to the fact that all Rhacs breed year-round. This is true for all rhacs except R. t. trachyrhynchus, and R. t. trachychephlus because they're live brearers and breed only when they know food will be plentiful (spring/summer, meaning they breed in late winter/early spring). Thus having one or two babies within a long gestation and rather short breeding period.
Simply put, no, there shouldn't be any flucuation.
