I wouldn�t. I used to have one in my red-eyed tree frogs breeding tank, those ultra sonic ones. However they heat up the water to much, not to mention you need a good amount of water to place them in to work. Crested geckos do not need that amount of water or humidity. The general humidity of most houses usually suffices however during the winter it is a bit drier and you should spray once every evening.

I would use silk plants not plastic; they tend to be a little rough around the edges. Use sticks and vines instead of rocks. You also do not need a basking light, unless your room is cold. Ideal temps should be 75-78F. Check out the care sheet on our site for more info, or e-mail me direct for more info.
