How quick do Cresteds grow on average?

I"ve only had my crestie "Tumtum" for about 2 weeks and I have noticed that he has grown quit a bit since I've had him. He only eats crickets rigth now...baby food doesn't do much for him. I was just curious about how long does it take them to reach their full length in growth, and how large is that on the average...their lenght I mean? Look forward to any insight
