You can tell by the poops in the cage or no sign of any more crickets. I have 2 cresties that are about 2 and 3 months. They wouldn't touch the baby food at first. I tried different flavours to find out which they liked. So far I found that they like sweet potato, banana, and peach. They don't like berry, meat with apple, or pear. It is hit and miss with each one. You can see the little tongue marks that show they have gotten into the baby food.
