You really need to go to the vet. They will tease the hemipenis back in and possibly put a stitch on each side of the vent to keep it from happing again while the swelling goes down (5 days or so). DO NOT attempt it yourself as you can seriously injure the animal. The blood is prob due the fact the area is very raw. You really need to get this done ASAP(today). The injury is not serious but it can be if not treated right away. If the organ dries out or sustains further damage it will need to be amputated. So please take that drive and get it taken care of.
