Hi everyone, I bought my baby crested gecko on 15th September and he won't eat baby food from a bowl, or crickets either loose or in a bowl, so I've been hand feeding him with baby food from a spoon since I've had him. He doesn't seem to be putting on any weight or length at all though. He's not skinny and is fairly active, but it just seems strange that he hasn't grown in 4 months. He's still about 2 1/2-3" from nose to the end of his tail so he's got plenty of growing to do. I've seen him shed his skin once but I kno he's probably done it other times when I haven't been there. Is this normal? And if it is, when can I expect him to start growing properly? Also, would it be advisable to put a UV bulb in with him, maybe just a coupe of hours a day, as some people say it isn't needed and others say it's essential. What does everyone think?
