If your breeding Leachies together I don't think it's an integrade, because the only difference is that they're different localities. Unless you are breeding a R. l. leachianus to a R. l. henkeli, then I have no idea what to call it.
As far as "inter-locality" breeding, such as a normal GT x a CF, or Ana x GT, there isn't much going on stateside, but in Europe it's rampant. I guess that's because they're in such short supply. Philippe de Vosjoli is working with some "inter-localities" such as Ana x Ami, and such, you can check out more at ginatgeckos.com.
And finally for integrades I know there are some Leachianus x Chahouas out there. Seems like a pretty strange matchup but, eh, I didn't make 'em. You can check out a few pictures of the supposed Chahoua x Leachie on the Global Gecko Association's Litserve at gekkota.com.
But, I kind of like it this way, where you most often know what you are buying. But, if it happens, it happens.
