I keep my critters in our "toy room" and they are right by a window so they get natural light, I see abby hide her face (helps when you dont have eyelids to sleep i guess LOL) and put her little tiny butt into the sunshine..
I just found it interesting that with the tiniest bit of under tank heat as the temps cooled off last nite that she seem to lay on the bottom and enjoy it for awhile.....I know about the overheating and rarely use any additional heat....but winter IS comming and when its 20 below zero out, I dont want my babys cold!!!!
gotta go my four year old daughter wants to play playdoo, must assist to keep it out of my rugs..

:We both seem to be on the same page when it comes to temps
(thats great) , but I have to provide a light source during the day, because my enclosures are kept in my garage which unfortanetly has no windows.
