Sure there are a variety of plants available for your cresty's.

But first, there are a few things to consider:

1) Are they safe for your cresty?

2) Do they give your vivarium the look you're trying to achieve?

3) Do they need to be at a certain temperature?

4) Do they need bright light, or full spectrum lights?

5) Do they fare better in hot, dry area's...or in moist, humid areas?

That's all that I can think of right now, it's 0545 in the morning. (Yaaaaaaaaaawn)!!!

And also, if you scroll down a bit, take a look at my other post called, "PIX OF MY SET-UP". In it you will see my "Pothos" plant, as well as my "Ficus Benjamina" plant.

And for your information, (since we're talking about these two, specific, plants)...they come in a few different varieties. My "Pothos" plant is a "GOLDEN POTHOS", characterized by it's hues of "gold" throughout it's leaves. And my "Ficus" plant is a "FICUS BENJAMINA". (Known for dropping it's leaves when shocked, disturbed, or protecting it's "healthier leaves").

But if you're gonna get a "Ficus" plant, go for a specific one called, "MIDNIGHT FICUS". It happens to have leaves that are a "tad darker"...BUT WILL NOT DROP IT'S LEAVES!!! (They have made huge leaps and bounds with genetics).

And if you're a "penny-pincher" (umm...err...prudent), you'll be pleased to know that both of these plants (the "Ficus Benjamina/Midnight" and the "Pothos"), can be purchased at "Home Depot" for about $4.50 each!!! (Cheap, cheap, cheap)!!!!!

And if you wanna be REALLY COOL (I'm in the process of doing this myself), you can get a plant that it NATIVE to your cresty's home. It's called a "SCHEFFLERA ELEGANTISSIMA" and comes from "New Caledonia" - the same place where your cresty originated from!!! (Give your cresty a little bit of home, even though he's never been there).

I would photograph a page from this plant book I have and post it for yall, but I'm afraid that I may be treading on someones "copyright's". (But do your own internet search, and see if it's the look that you'de want for your vivarium).

Hope this helped!! (Read and learn Gecko-Dude, you'll be passing-on this information YOURSELF some day)!!!

In Christ: Raymond
