Liz if you only get a sample during the day, put it in the fridge (make sure it does not dry out) and save it until the vet is around. You should try hand feeding fruit to your male every night. Be patient and make sure he gets enough. How are the females doing? If they eating and everything they should be fine. They might just not have been gravid in the first place.
