Yeah, just like Mike said, they all have different sleep patterns because they are all different animals.
My Aurics are up pretty early though, but it most likely isn't a strict rule. On a side note, my male leachianus wakes up around 2am and is up moving all over and eating when I wake up around 5 or 6. His enclosure is right at the head of my bed, so I often wake up to the noise of him licking baby food, and staring me right in the face with his bulging eyes and enormous tounge.
