As for the show, I'm going as a "customer." I use the term loosely because I can't avoid the attraction to the show, but my budget, and my family are praying for mercy that I don't buy anything. I live in New Jersey, but lived on Long Island, NY for quite a while. The show is only about an hour, maybe hour and 15 minutes drive, so it's not that bad.
And, the pinkies, as mikecoscia said, they're only used as a treat. Now, I'm actually using fuzzies for my adults because if given the chance they would happily gobble down a few pinkies in succession. They should be used sparingly as they have very fatty livers and can lead to obesity.
