Roaches?

I'm pretty sure that atleast a few people here use roaches for their Rhacs. If not you might want to inquire with some Uroplatus keepers, as roaches are pretty popular with them. Personally, I'd rather stick with crickets than roaches, and I'm also not certain about their value, protein wise. But, hey, check them out, they might work for ya'.
