Someone posted about this a while ago, and I managed to gross everybody out…lol. Anyway, it is quite normal for male crested geckos (and prob most if not all the Rhacs) to get “excited” and clean themselves afterwards. I have seen all my males; even the young ones (5+ months) do this. It usually occurs when I clean their cages, so they possibly smell the females. Either way it is nothing of concern, our geckos just have dirty minds…hehe
