I know a top notch Rhac breeder who has been mentioned on this forum that uses a 2:1, fruit:meat mix of baby foods. The meat is either chicken or turkey.
:I mean just a little bit too. There is a lot of protein in this and you don't want to over do it.
:This way it saves the messy and gross mashing of crickets.
