:What is the uppermost temperature for cresteds,
:Is a daily cycle of 30-24 too high for 2 hatchlings and two little males?

30 - 24, I assume to be Celsius? Then 30 C (86 F) is way too high. Cresties get seriously stressed when it gets close to the mid 80's F / 29C, and hatchlings will overheat way faster. With the Rhacs, it's safer to err on the cool side than hot. I keep all my Rhacs, including babies at room temperature, but in prolonged heat waves in summer (like this past one), I will move them to cooler areas if needed. In the wild, they've been seen actively hunting and mating when the temperatures are in the 60's F/ 17-20 C.

If you can't lower the heat in their set-up, move them to another room or even basement if you have one, where it's easier to control the temperature.
