I've heard both my Ciliatus & my Auriculatus vocalize. I know some people claim that only the leachies can vocalize, but i know thats not true. The sounds are usually faint and become a little louder when mating.

:Last night I had a little insomnia. We won't really get into that. But around 12 midnight I heard some low croaking/barking sounds from my auriculatus cage (right next to my bed). It's low and very quiet. I figured it was the male. I heard some running around too, and I assume that was the female because she is very jumpy. First off, I didn't know aurics vocalized. I knew leachies did, but that was all I knew. Is this a sign that the male is attempting to mate? I think they're still both a few months too young for breeding. Anyone else have theirs vocalizing?
