Bloated Leg

I noticed tonight that my one Crestie’s front left leg is bloated. It feels almost like a hard not in it near his ankle. It doesn’t seem to be hurting him nor did he seem bothered when I touched it. He has never been a big eater so I have had a hard time getting Calcium and vitamins in him from baby food; in fact he has been eating insects for only a few weeks.

I know it is a bad weekend to get a hold of a vet so any help would be appreciated.
