My newest addition to my critter world has shown me how much work, time and expense some critters can put you thru, my bearded dragon Delilah is a case in point, she needed a mercury/uvb basking bulb on top of the other special bulbs oh around 90.00 there, not to mention the right size basking log, have gotten two so far, and the enclosure, thought she was gonna be "way small" like the ones I see in petco, got her at 9 weeks suddenly the l5 gal tank I had was "kinda small" so I switched herps around so she could have my leo's 20 gallon and then she even seemed like she needed more space (knew the reality was she was gonna need MUCH MORE so I found a used 75 gal tank with a stand another 300.00........and so on and so on.....

was considering before I got her that I might get her a sister.......no way....I love her but when My daughter and I go to the herp show in white plains in Jan (yipee I got the Sunday off im pretty sure) a little friend for our cresty abby is on the gameplan..........we love all our critters they all have special attributes the cresty has such a funny cute personality, so as ray put it "goofy" Just HAVE to LOVE THEM.

Very broke presently from my recent aquisitions, and have two kids to holiday shop for so that is now my priority.........

Take care all......sorry I havent been around have been very busy with my kids, and work...

sue :~)

:Everything you said is the reason why I stopped keeping darts. They can be a big pain and a bit expensive to keep. I had all kinds of rainmaker systems, and special predrilled tanks for drainage, of course I tend to over do things…lol. They are rewarding, but costly, and it’s sometimes hard to get a hold of food small enough. When we visited you and saw all those little froglets I totally remembered how much I loved um….hehe. Oh well maybe one day in the future ill set up a pretty display tank for a few of them. Lets see if I can convince Tracy….lol
