younger cresties will have severe difficulty with even the smallest meal worms...its best to start on crickets. Even adults should be fed primarily crickets or chicken/beef formula babyfood, and should be offered meal worms as a treat. Unlike Leos, cresties do not store excess fat in their tails. Fat goes straight to their little bellies and obesity of animals is much more obvious. give them crickets and babyfood...its just the way to go
