Dry circles around crested's eyes.

Drako still has dry circles around his eyes. What could this be from? I am feeding him and he is drinking? I know he is still sick/depressed. I am running out of ideas. He is going to the bathroom still, yet sometimes I catch him eating his urates. This can't be a good thing.
What should I do?
