I use a topsoil/peat mix, and twig size branches for climbing, as they are most like the scrub they climb on and use in the wild.


:What substrates are people using for their cresteds? Mine is 2 1/2 mnths old. And what materials are people using for them to climb vertically??

:Lastly, what about a hide spot for them necessary or not?? Has anyone seen there Crested drink from standing water?
