Geckos and all reptiles for that matter produce some liquid when they excrete waste. Most of the time it just dries up before you see it. It is also normal for them to sometimes just produce urates (that white stuff) and no feces. And if you haven’t seen feces in a few days no worries, sometimes it just takes longer to digest, all depends on temps and what he ate. So as long as he is eating normally, and showing no other problems, everything should be fine.
