Just pick up a 54 quart Rubbermaid container. Run over to home depot and grab some 1"x2" and window screen. Place the Rubbermaid upside down. Cut the wood and place it around the perimeter of the lid, and screw together. Then just staple gun the screen on and use a razor to cut off the excess. Simple and cheap, yet effective caging...=)
