She's a little clutsy and has accidently pierced herself with her own teeth many times. LOL! When that happens, I have to stretch her "lips" off of her fangs...and, while I'm there, I usually give her mouth a check to make sure everything else is ok. Sometimes, I just take a look because it's been a while. :)
