Force feeding is not the answer. You need to find out WHY
he is not eating. You have mentioned in several posts about
problems. Please find a vet near you that can treat him and
get him there. Until you actively find out was is wrong, force
feeding is not going to do anything but stress him further.
Also, keep trying different things. Try some canned dog food
this sparked mine into eating when I first got him. On the
3rd try with the canned dog food he began eating and has not
wained in the 5 years I have had him. He eats pretty much
anything now that I give him.
In short, you are fixing the symptoms by force feeding instead
of fixing the problem of why he is not eating.
