One of my three RES' passed away last night. He was about a two years old. Its really too bad because he was about to be transplanted into an outdoor pond this weekend. The night before I noticed that his eyes looked really bulgy and when I fed them he didn't appear too excited and didn't get any food. After he died, upon inspection his eyes were very bulgy and he appeared to be slightly emaciated. What do you think it was?
