The pump is in the pics. It's the grey thing in the floor in front of the bucket. You can get external pumps with good flow rates from BigAl's. You could use it in conjunction with anothe pump. That is my plan, at least initially, but I may remove the other eventually when this one gets estabilshed, biologically.
I got the balls from a local store. They had tons of them. From what I have seen, most large stores will carry them. I have heard of many other alternatives to these such as plastic hair brushes with handles cut off, and small hair rollers. Of these, I'd go for the rollers, as they will be cheaper.
