:Ok...Maybe I can help now....I need to know if the area is hard or mushy. I would venture to guess you are dealing with hypothroidism or an abcessed lesion. You may also have a parathyroid benign tumor. Is it a concern. Yes..But in any case it can be cured....Let me know how it goes...

the area feel hard..I called a vet..its going to cost 60 dollars for the exam alone...appointment on saturday. awful lot of money! :(
