Try feeding them live goldfish. I feed my RES live small goldfish that you can get from petco for about 10 cents a piece. My turtles love them and they're cheap. Between my two RES 10goldfish are gone in about 5 mins.

*Note*: If you have baby turtles make sure the fish are pre-killed or the turtles will never catch them.
