:I could see the pic. It's definitely an ear abscess. This should be treated by an experienced reptile vet. Do not treat it yourself. An infection right next to the brain should be taken seriously and treated with surgery and antibiotics.

Could you try and repost the picture..I could let you know what type of abcess it may be...I just can't see the pic..I have a my vet at my disposal..Not to mention my lab books..
