I put together the ramp+basking platform myself. The purple thingy was from a disposable plastic box for pipet tips in a biology lab. The many holes you see were originally for holding the tips in the box, and they're perfect to help the turltes climb up to the basking platform. (They sleep there at night sometimes.) I use the lid for the same box for the basking platform, attached suction cups to it and tied the purple ramp to the box lid with fishing line.
You may be able to find common household material for building a ramp+basking platform. Material that is durable, not too rigid and crack-prone is easy to work with. Like lid for CD container that holds 25-50 blank CDs, topperware lid etc. I think told opperware lids are ideal because they come in many shapes and sizes. Drill holes (with a small drill) in 4 corners, attach fishing lines and fasten to hooks attached to the outside wall of the tank. Then you'll have a suspended basking platform that's the right size for your turts. Again with drill and fishing line, you can attach another topperware lid to the platform as the ramp. The surface is likely to be slippery, so you can either glue some small pebbles on the surface or drill holds large enough for the turt feet, so that they can easily climb up the ramp.
Hope this helps! I really enjoyed building turt furniture...
