if you're thinking about the suction cupped basking rock

You know...the one that looks like a fake rock and goes in a corner.

Well, here's my thoughts on it:

Consider it a temporary thing. Mine worked well for a while, but my turtles are now getting to be 2-3" long, and it's not sticking well anymore. I suspect that they get their claws under the suction cups and break the seal, or that the weight is too much. The platform keeps sinking. If you have a large or medium turtle, do not get one of these things.
