Suddenly stopped eating, please advise

I have had two baby RES, one boy and one girl, for about 2 weeks. Well at first, the boy was a small eater and the female a pig. She gobbled down a fish and pellets one day. Well i put her back in the tank and then put the boy in. Well in that short time, she miraculously caught another fish (they tried and tried b4 but were too slow). It seems like that ever since that day, their eating roles have switched. Now the boy is a pig and the girl eats barely anything if at all. I raised the temps from 75 to 78 but still no improvement. They are getting aquatic plants, pellets w/ gammarus, fish, occasional silkworm/cricket. They have a basking spot of 90 degrees and a UVB light in a 20 gallong tank. Whats wrong?
