Can you scrape the white stuff off? When my turtle had white stuff forming between the scutes i gave him a salt bath and it cleared it up in approx. two weeks. (I treated as if it were fungal before I brought him to the vet). I'm not sure if its the same. Look at austins turtle page under the medical condition section and see if you find something similiar
