Tank Trouble

I looking to purchase a new tank for my 6 1/2 inch res and while researching I discovered that the trading post is more expensive then brand new ones. I mean the difference is in hundreds. I'm a little confused on why brand new tanks are less expensive then used ones in mint condition. A Euro 46 gallon tank is $130 brand new and in the trading post a Euro 50 gallon is $350. I think I should purchase a brand new tank rather then a used one in mint condition with the price difference. Maybe its where I live. What do you guys think I should do? Thanks :)
