My RES has "swollen Glands" ?????

I noticed a couple days ago that one of my son's RES has what lookes like "swollen glands". Looks like a chipmunk with his cheeks full of nuts. The other two RES do not have this. Can anybody tell me what this is???? Thanking everybody in advance for their responses.
