Excellent Point. The litmus kits are much better and I agree they are much more reliable.

:I would reccomend some kind of litmus (spell?) paper instead of the standard mix kits. I think those kits are a scam. They give you more stuff and complicate the process to make it seem that you are getting more for your money. It's much easier to get a roll of paper, tear off an inch of it, dip it and compare to the color chart.
