my Gator

my one RES, Gator, eats like a maniac. I feed him foodsticks and he chomps through them like nobodies business. I started feeding the two turts seperately bc my other one, who still remains nameless :(, wouldn't get any food.
Should i be feeding Gator only one stick at a time so he slows down a little or doesn't it matter how fast he eats??
They are both just babies......about an inch 1/2 in diameter.
