The Guppies would most likely be viewed as food by turtles and the cichlids.

:I have 2 zebra chichlids in with my turtles, 1 peacock and one pleco. They all get along just fine. The 2 zebras & pleco were never bothered since they were the ones who occupied the tank first. The peacock was chased for a few days after I put him in, and then they suddenly stopped and now they don't even look at him. With the peacock I added one smaller chichlid I dunno his name, he was all yellow and they chased him for about 2 days till they finally caught & ate him... I dunno if I should add more fish, I though about getting another peacock maybe? Do you think guppies would get along with the cichlids & turtles? Probably not such a very good idea. I also has 2 snails whom for some reason died a few weeks later after I never saw them out and about! They were harrased by the turtles who nibbled on their shell
