New diet - now my RES won't eat!

I recently changed the brand of turtle pellet food for my RES to the Rep-Cal brand. My turtle refuses to go anywhere near these new pellets and hasn't eaten in a couple days. What can I do to get my RES to start eating again? And should I be soaking these pellets for 10 minutes or something before placing them in the tank?
