Incredible shot HC, very interesting how a snake can swallow another snake larger than itself. Which must other than eels, be the perfect geometric shape for maximum ingestion.
Do you know if your Clelia strangled the Bothrops / envenomated it, or swallowed the vipers heads alive & struggling?
I have observed Kings & R. ringnecks eat snakes larger than themselves, I wonder in nature how often they expend the energy only to subdue a snake (or mammal in a burrow) that proves to be too large to swallow?
