FWC? Cannibalistic

Does anyone know of False Water cobras being cannibalistic? I had my female in with my male, ((all well fed and conditions are good)) and my male which is a little bit smaller than my female attacked her, it isn’t the size of the enclosure either ((fighting for space)) I have them in at 6ft x2ft x2ft enclosure.
