:I am a owner of some snakes now and I getmy first rearfanged snake tomorrow.. .. This will be the oligodon cyclurus smithi.. It eats very good .. The only problem i have is that i have some info about the snake but not that much.. do any of you guys keep these wonderfull snakes?? or have any info on them??
Try not to get bitten by these - the rear teeth are very large and sharp, with cutting edges, and can inflict a nasty slash wound, which bleeds for ages. I know people with permanent scars (albeit small) from bites by this species.
Cheers,
Wolfgang
