For the average bite, not too much notable from B. dendrophila besides perhaps a headache and some giddiness. For Rhabdophis, it can range from moderate effects upon blood coagulation all the way up to life threatening disseminated intravascular coagulopathy.

The first paper hopefully will be published soon. Followed quickly thereafter by a series of papers that will pretty much settle the field.
