If you can't find ground skinks, which they can take live and whole on their own, you will probably have to feed them anole tails via assist-feeding. The latter is not preferable since these babies are delicate and handling them at all will be risky. Ground skinks are native to Florida area so see if you can find a feeder supplier there.
If these are Ahaetulla prasina or A. mycterizans they are not likely to take crickets or minnows.
By the way, these are not likely to be captive bred vines, but rather captive born. Captive birth of a snake collected in gravid condition is not unusual; captive breeding is.
