Well, I kept a P.olfersii a year ago and it feeds well with lizards, but with rodent it may have problems. Itts a nice snake if captured when hatchlings but is quite agressive when adult. The venom is powerfull. P.olfersii and Phalostris mertensi are the most dangerous rear-fanged of south america. You can see my olfersii pics in the rear-fanged photo gallery here, in kingsnake.com
